Meet Constance
I’m Constance - Quantum Healer and Yoga Teacher devoted to guiding you back to your body, your breath, and your truth.
With over a decade of experience and 500 hours of yoga teacher training, including advanced yin as my signature offering,
my work is rooted in creating space - space for stillness, for release, and for deep inner connection.
Through a blend of breathwork, mindfulness, and somatic release practices, I support the nervous system in softening out of survival mode and into a state of openness and regulation. My approach is gentle yet deeply transformative, allowing the body to unwind stored tension, release dense energy, and reconnect with a sense of ease and spaciousness.
Yoga is the foundation that supports all my offerings it allows me to guide you
into deeply receptive states where true healing can occur - not by force, but through awareness, presence, and trust in your body’s innate intelligence.
In my Quanta Freedom Healing sessions, this work expands even further - supporting you in releasing what no longer serves you, shifting old patterns, and creating meaningful transformation from the inside out.

My Healing Journey
After experiencing a profound loss, I went through a spiritual awakening that deepened my awareness of the life force energy, that flows through all of us. The energy that shapes our health, vitality and sense of wholeness. This life altering experience became the catalyst for my devotion to energy healing and the work I do now. I’ve trained extensively in energy modalities and therapeutic yoga, learning to listen to the intelligence of the body.
Yet even with years of study and self-practice, there were layers I couldn’t fully access.
Everything changed when I was diagnosed with an autoimmune thyroid condition I was told had no cure and would require the removal of my thyroid and lifelong medication. It was during this moment I turned inward and applied quantum principles to my own healing. Relief came quickly, and within a few months I experienced a full recovery — something my doctor had never seen in a case as severe as mine and initially did not believe was possible.
This experience became the foundation for my practice and the blueprint I now share with others.
What unfolded was more than a physical healing, it was a complete recalibration of my life — my health, my relationships, and my sense of self.
Grounded in years of devoted study, advanced training, and the ongoing embodiment of this work, I now guide healings that help others release trauma from the core and step into their true potential.
